The Role:

We have an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious person to sell digital media, advertising and branded content solutions to brands and agencies. This role is dedicated to growing revenue opportunities within the Network N commercial team which contribute to core sales targets.

This is done through helping answer briefs/RFP’s, understanding client opportunities, which external collateral is relevant, and helping chart growth from an existing client base and developing new business relationships.

Competencies will include organizing and maintaining sales collateral, case studies and managing the process of responding to briefs/ RFP’s with relevant and fresh strategies. You will require both communication and  presentation skills both internally and externally to increase the visibility of Network N as a sales house and digital Publisher.

It will require a full understanding of the digital media landscape as well as the demand that advertisers in the Games Entertainment and adjacent sectors require. You will be responsible for aligning the above with what Network N can offer across various trading methodologies; as well as wider media partnerships.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Weekly meetings with existing Client and/or Agency marketing decision makers within the digital media sphere to determine business needs and formulate successful integrated marketing and sales solution strategies

  • Organize teams internally to respond to briefs/RFP’s and develop pitch decks

  • Fully immerse yourself in the games entertainment market, keeping your finger on the pulse and developing new business opportunities

  • Constantly seek new commercial opportunities and partnerships, striving to generate a strong pipeline of revenue for the team and business

  • Demonstrate strategic and critical thinking based on Agency/Client activity, what current Agencies/Clients are similar, and nuances that are unique and can help differentiate to win partnerships

  • Daily maintenance of reporting/CRM tools to update sales management on account activity

  • Provide revenue forecasting and client projection reports on a weekly basis

  • Develop your internal network across sales operations, editorial and marketing to ensure amazing solutions are created that deliver on client expectations


  • A digital advertising industry professional, with a minimum of 3 years media sales experience or media strategy

  • Experienced working on digital display, programmatic, custom branded content and social media solutions

  • Able and willing to travel

  • Account management skills with a good business acumen

  • Able to work independently and in integrated departmental teams

  • Able to think and plan strategically; have strong negotiation skills

  • Direct and comfortable giving and receiving constructive feedback

  • Relevant contacts with strategic UK games clients and UK Media Agency teams

  • Comfortable working in fast growing, rapidly changing environment

  • Proficient in using Reporting/CRM systems as well as G-Suite, Excel spreadsheets and PPT presentations.
