About us

We are a global media business specialising in the gaming industry.  We have a publishing arm consisting of a dozen owned websites including PCGamesN.com, and over 100 network site partners such as TrueAchievements.com.  We produce class-leading content for clients via our creative agency team, and work with publishers and advertisers to unlock audience value.  We are based in Bath but are open to taking-on remote employees within the UK too.


The Role

You will work with the Ecommerce Editor to build and strengthen our affiliate partnerships, and expand our affiliate activity. You will support the execution and delivery of Network N’s ecommerce strategy, working closely with relevant departments and clients to ensure accurate and timely communication regarding all affiliate campaigns, and identify affiliate opportunities that complement our core brands.


You will be responsible for:

  • Managing the relationships with our affiliate partners, as well as creating new ones

  • Updating and maintaining our affiliate product database

  • Liaising with affiliate partners to arrange exclusive offers, in-game content, and giveaways

  • Development of detailed product campaigns to promote key free-to-play games, best-selling products, and new releases from affiliate partners

  • Creation of ecommerce content decks and resources for affiliate proposals and network partners

  • Liaising with the Sales and Creative Studio departments on client expectations and affiliate integration on all 

  • Creating affiliate links and reports as requested by the Ecommerce Editor and other members of the Publishing department 


You will be expected to:

  • Act as day-to-day contact for our affiliate network

  • Monitor and report on key ecommerce metrics for a wide range of partners, including impressions, conversion rate, and revenue

  • Interpret performance data to identify and implement new opportunities for affiliate partnerships

  • Work closely with the Ecommerce Editor and Ecommerce Writer on creating new ways to monetise Network N’s content 

  • Attend conferences and seminars, keeping up to date with opportunities within affiliate marketing


You will have/be:

  • Previous experience working with affiliate marketing or ecommerce promotional activity

  • An interest in gaming, hardware, and TV/film

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Proactivity, attention to detail, and phenomenal organisation skills

  • Previous experience with content creation is desirable

  • Must be able to produce proof of right to work in the UK by the start of employment
