Role: Commercial Project Manager (UK-based working 2pm-10pm GMT) 

Location: Remote/Hybrid (Bath) - UK-based only

Salary: £30k to £35k per annum

The Role

The Commercial Project Manager is a critical role within Network N, working to plan, execute and manage advertising campaigns to the absolute highest standard, and ensuring that KPIs and objectives are met to certify client satisfaction. This is an opportunity for someone with a focused attitude who wants to immerse themselves in various aspects of the digital advertising space. You may come from a project management or planning background and have a keen interest in the gaming sector. You should also be confident in managing and analysing data and crucially have excellent interpersonal skills. 

You will manage Network N’s portfolio of North American campaigns alongside the Head of Campaign Management. Success will come with making yourself an expert in client needs, goals and challenges, and crafting campaigns in tandem with the Account team that match client briefs. 

As this role supports North American clients, you will be required to work US hours of 2pm to 10pm GMT.

Responsibilities include:

  • Actively participating in the creation of custom brief responses alongside the Sales team, which includes providing ad inventory forecasts, ad format selection, known proven strategies, and new ideas that fulfil the client request. 

  • Management and setup of all ad campaigns within Network N. This includes the execution of all elements of ad campaigns, which will require coordination of multiple internal departments within Network N to accomplish. 

  • Providing the highest level of customer service to both clients and internal Network N teams.

  • Working with Sales to recognise additional opportunities to unlock revenue.

  • Managing campaigns timelines and ensuring that deadlines are adhered to.

  • Managing and organising all campaign assets.

  • Maintaining up to date knowledge of all Network N ad tech, execution options, and custom content solutions. 

  • Leading and executing custom content campaigns, which includes liaising with other internal departments for ideas and assets. 

  • Working with the Ad Operations team on campaign troubleshooting and optimising. 

  • Communicating to Account Managers all campaign updates, issues, or other relevant information over the campaign period. 

  • Updating project management tools with accuracy and attention to detail.

Skills and experience

  • Substantial and demonstrable experience of planning/project management, operations or account management experience, preferably in digital marketing. 

  • A proven track record of successfully building strong relationships with both internal teams, and external clients. 

  • A passion for translating data into action, and uncovering extra opportunities by analysing campaign details.  

  • Desire to work in a fast growing Games Entertainment media business

  • Comprehensive knowledge of games and gaming trends. 

  • Ability to manage multiple projects with overlapping timelines. 

  • Ability to problem solve quickly and proactively troubleshoot.

  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to collaborate and positively influence internal resources across the organisation. 

  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office/G-Suite, and project management tools. 

  • Familiarity with display advertising, branded content, affiliate marketing, and lead generation. 

  • Knowledge of 3rd party ad servers (Sizmek, Google DCM), and ad verification partners (IAS, DV, MOAT) 

  • A self-motivated and positive attitude, with the ability to multi-task and the desire to learn quickly.
