About us

We are a global media business specialising in the gaming industry. We have a publishing arm consisting of a dozen owned websites including, and over 100 network site partners such as  We produce class-leading content for clients via our creative agency team, and work with publishers and advertisers to unlock audience value. We are based in Bath but are open to taking-on remote employees within the UK too.

The Role

We have an exceptional opportunity for a bright and passionate individual to represent our advertising network services and form partnership between gaming/entertainment media owners and Publisher Collective (A Network N brand). We have two positions available. We are open to developing individuals with little to no previous experience in business development, similarly, if you do have previous experience we would love to hear from you also. This position would suit someone who has a passion in gaming, publishing or digital advertising and desire to gain experience in business development. 

The ideal candidate is passionate about Gaming, Esports and Entertainment, you are able to communicate with gaming website owners on a personal level and form partnerships through outreach, understanding lead’s motivation and pain points, identifying use cases for Network N’ ad technology, converting leads to ad network partners.     

The ideal candidate should have the ability to identify suitable leads, to execute email/ social media outreach, to translate technical information into understandable messages, to identify opportunities for both the lead and Network N. They will be responsible for building and developing long term partnership to drive mutual growth objectives for both Network N and partners, which delivers on P&L requirements through increasing user reach of the network. 

You will be responsible for:

  • Form new partnership with game publishers through selling Network N’s ad tech products and services

  • Form partnerships with gaming publishers following Network N’s vision and strategy, constantly seek new commercial opportunities and partnerships, striving to generate a strong pipeline of partnership for the team and business

  • Working closely with Network Operations, Programmatic and Delivery team to ensure smooth handover of partner onboarding, document and transfer customer motivation and key objectives for account manager to ensure partnership longevity 

  • Working with sales team to ensure partner recruitment direction is inline with sales requirements 

  • Working with Product team to shape direction of product offering for network partners 

You will be expected to:

  • Daily outreach to generate new leads and identify potential partnership opportunities 

  • Daily maintenance of reporting/CRM tools to update Network management on account activity

  • Document customer requirements and transfer it to relevant departments internally 

  • Actively monitor and document competitors movement and share information internally 

You will have/be:

  • Passionate gamer, with good knowledge of both PC, console, mobile games and entertainment industry  

  • You have a passion for business, with drive and ambition

  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills: developing job knowledge and expertise through continual professional development

  • Able to identify opportunities or weaknesses through analytical skills 

  • Rapidly learns new tasks and commits information to memory quickly

  • Checks for errors to ensure work is delivered to a high standard first time

  • Adapts to changing circumstances while maintaining a positive outlook

  • Plans and prioritises own workload to meet agreed deadlines

  • Focuses on customer needs and satisfaction 

  • Able to work independently and in integrated departmental teams

  • Able and willing to travel

  • Comfortable working in fast growing, rapidly changing environment

  • Proficient in using G-Suite, Excel spreadsheets and PPT presentations (or equivalent Microsoft suite).

  • Must be able to produce proof of right to work in the UK by the start of employment 

We would really love to see:

  • Previous demonstrable experience in a similar role within Business Development or Sales

  • Degree in Business studies or equivalent qualifications

  • Advises colleagues or manager early and proactively of obstacles to work delivery

  • Produces new ideas or process improvements and seeks to implement these in own work circle, bringing in manager when necessary

  • Understands the differing needs of stakeholders and adapts own service accordingly
