About us

Network N Holdings is the Finance, Human Resources and Operations team that provides support services to Publisher Collective, Network N Media, and Project N. The Role

Due to expansion and fast growth of the Network N portfolio of businesses, we are looking for a temporary HR administrator to join our team to cover a business period. You will report directly to the Head of HR and be involved in a range of HR matters. The team is made up of an HR Advisor and an HR Generalist, we work closely together to deliver a timely and friendly HR service to our internal customers. Due to this, a friendly and approachable manner is a must-have in this role alongside an organised approach to work.


You will be responsible for:


Onboarding

  • Completing and issuing employment contracts and new starter packs and supporting the new starter throughout their onboarding experience

  • Requesting references for new starters

  • Assist with conducting of HR inductions when necessary

  • Ensure line managers have a plan for onboarding new starters

  • Ensure legal compliance in onboarding new employees (right to work checks, reasonable adjustments)

  • Ensuring new starters have completed their administrative tasks during their onboarding phase.

  • Administering onboarding surveys.

Payroll

  • Supporting Finance department with the collation of information for an error-free payroll

Internal Communication

  • Drafting and sending out small scale communications to the business. 

  • Monthly reminders of employee benefits and access to them.

  • Communicating and booking employee career coaching sessions with our in-house coach.

Offboarding

  • Arranging exit interviews

  • Ensuring all exit administration is complete

  • Assisting with communication of employee exit

  • Completing reference requests.

Other

  • Support the collation of data for HR reporting.

  • Assist in the administration of employee engagement surveys.

  • Monitoring the Careers and HR inboxes and responding to queries where possible and escalating where necessary.

  • Answering HR queries or escalating queries to HR Manager.

  • Maintain a good knowledge of policies and procedures to aid answering queries.

  • Assist in maintaining policies and procedures in line with legal requirements and best practice.

  • Administer LinkedIn Learning licences and reporting.

  • Monitor probation period deadlines, file probation reviews and send end of probation surveys.

  • Any other reasonable task in the HR and Operations sphere.

  • Must be able to produce proof of right to work in the UK by the start of employment
